1. About these terms

These terms apply when you engage Coventry Plumbing Services ("we", "us") to carry out plumbing, heating or gas work. By accepting a quote — verbally, in writing or via our form — you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the information and access provided. Hidden defects (e.g. corroded pipework concealed inside walls) may require a revised quote, which we will discuss before continuing.

3. Work scope

We carry out work within the boundaries of competent plumbing practice. Any variation requested on-site will be agreed (in writing where practical) before being charged.

4. Payment

• Repairs and small jobs: payable on completion, by bank transfer or card.
• Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

5. Access & safety

We require safe access to the work area. If we identify an immediate safety risk during the work, we will isolate the issue and report it to you, even if it is outside the original scope.

6. Consumer rights

For consumers, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
